The AWBA leagues run throughout the closed season for BLI and LBLI leagues.  There are 6 sections of equal standing, 4  for the clubs based in the South of Dublin and the 2 for those in the North of Dublin.  The winner and best two runners up of each section go into the quarter finals and if successful the semi finals and eventually final to decide the overall league winner.
