I attended a meeting of Regional Development Officers hosted by South Dublin County Council this morning.

 

Paula from SDCC provided an excellent update in relation to Community Grants and really encouraged both Clubs and NGB’s to apply.

 

I’ve included the follow up mail from Paula below.  She made a very good point that if clubs build a central response for these purposes it makes subsequent applications much easier.

The SDCC – community grants are now open, what’s different this year is that the application process is ONLY online and there is no closing date for applications, but grants have to be spent by the end of this calendar year, so best to get in early with applications in case the funds are gone.

I’ve included Clubs outside of the catchment area for information purposes as there may be similar Grants available from your local County Council.
