ILB Winter League Result

Please be careful to fill out all the requested details correctly as well as attaching a photograph of the Master Card.  When taking a photo of the mastercard ensure

  1. That the full card is legible and included in the photo.
  2. The photo should be taken in portrait mode only.  Landscape photos will be rejected and must be resubmitted in portrait form.  Portrait form is as follows and NOT sideways.

 

This form is used to send the Winter Leagues Master Score Card to the League Secretary and Webmaster. You can send it as a photograph or PDF.

Please ensure

1.  The image is in portrait mode.

2.  The writing on the Master Card is clear and easy to read.

3.  That team names are included where specified on the Master Card

4.  That none of the Master Card was truncated when you were photographing it..

5.  Where a scheduled match is not played complete the Match Not Played Section.

This is the winter league for which you are submitting results.
Date the match was originally scheduled to be played. Note : In the case if postponed or brought forward matches this will not be the date actually played.
This is the number the League Secretary has assigned to the match. You will find this on the season's fixture lists.
