The ILB ACADEMY
The ILB Academy is one of 8 Academies throughout the island of Ireland offering the chance for young people to be introduced to the game and play alongside other more experienced young bowlers looking to progress their skills.
The academy is open to anyone under the age of 30 regardless of their experience. Should you have any questions

Leinster Lions
Inaugural Schools Cup
The Leinster Lions Management team has worked with the Sporting Coordinators from a number of local schools to run the first Lawn Bowls Schools Cup. Around 150 pupils between the ages of 13 to 15) from St Pauls (Greenhills); Templeogue College; St Pauls CBS (Smithfield) and Colaiste Mhuire (Cabra) will take part in the Cup in March – May 24.
The qualifying matches will take place in Greenhills and Herbert Park Bowling Clubs with the final taking place on 07 May 24 venue tbc.
This is a really exciting development in the sport of lawn bowls in Ireland and the hope is that some of the pupils may transition to the Leinster Lions Regional Academy and eventually representative levels for Ireland.
We will update as the competition progresses, best of luck to all the pupils involved.
